We appreciate satisfied customers and that assignments are executed as expected. We write for every assignment a job definition together with the client so that the roles and responsibilities are clear. Then it is evident what is expected.  

Also, at least one job evaluation will be carried out (depending the length of the assignment also mid-terms evaluations can take place). Below you find per assignment parts of job evaluations with feedback of the work performed and behavioural and personal characteristics.
